We guarantee that you will get the lowest publicly available rate for your reservation when you book directly with us. If you find a lower rate for the same room type, on the same date, same number of people under the same terms and conditions, we will match the lower rate for you but we need to double check the final price after tax and service charge.

Eligible Rates

To be eligible for our Best Rate Guarantee, the lower rate must meet the following criteria:

• Publicly Available: The rate must be publicly available and verifiable.
• Same Room Type: The room type must be identical to the room you booked with us.
• Same Date: The reservation dates must be the same.
• Same Number of People : the same occupancy as the room you booked.
• Same Terms and Conditions: The terms and conditions of the lower rate must be the same as your reservation.

Exclusions

Our Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to:

• Rates that are not publicly available, such as group rates, wholesale rates, or contract rates.
• Best Price Guarantee does not apply to websites requiring membership, on-line memberships or programs with password or login to consult a hotel’s rates and room availability.
• Rates that are based on special packages or bundles.

Matching or Discount

If we verify that you have found a lower rate that meets the eligibility criteria, we will either match the rate.

While sending the email, please attach a screenshot of the competing rate page, ensuring it clearly displays the following information:

• Hotel name
• Room type
• Rate
• Dates
• Any applicable taxes or fees

Please take the screen shot that clearly displays the lower price and corresponding price conditions; with the same type of room (identical category, size, beds, any option, cancellation policy etc.) and the same number of people in the room and send it to us within 24 hours of your booking.

Once we receive your email with all the required information, we will review your claim and process it accordingly.
